Ran 3rd in the Sapling and Champagne, 5th in the Breeders' Cup Juvenile, then finished in a dead heat for first in the Delta Jackpot last year. Has two lackluster starts this year with a 5th in the Sam F. Davis at Tampa Bay Downs and 4th by 8 1/2 lengths in the Fountain of Youth at Gulfstream. Came back in the Illinois Derby and ran 3rd the whole way around, beaten 4 3/4 lengths by Recapturetheglory. In the Kentucky Derby he raced back in 14 about 8 lengths off the pace, but after being checked at the 5 furlong pole, he lost any momentum he might have had and finished 14th beaten 14 1/2 lengths.
