HANDICAP INFORMATION
There are twelve (12) reserved disabled parking spaces in the Clubhouse
lot. Another three (3) spaces are reserved (via cones) for disabled
vans. The West End lot has fifty (50) disabled spaces. There are
fifty (50) disabled spaces in the Preferred Lots. Each bus stop
in the Yellow, Green and Blue Fields have four (4) disabled spaces
at their bus stops. An additional fifty (50) handicap parking spaces
will be reserved near Gate No. 3 on Belmont Stakes Day. All parking
spaces are available on a first-come first-serve basis after the
parking gates open for paying customers. All disabled spaces pay
the appropriate parking fees.
Wheel chair locations are available on the Third Floor behind Section
E in the Clubhouse and behind Section O in the Grandstand. The wheel
chair locations are complimentary and will be available on a first-come
first-serve basis after the admission gates open. No portable seating
is allowed in the wheel chair areas.
MASS TRANSIT
Because of the expected large crowd on Belmont Stakes Day, fans
are encouraged to make use of mass transit on Belmont Stakes Day.

Woodside or Jamaica. Residents of Brooklyn, Forest Hills and Kew

Queens Midtown Tunnel to Long Island Expressway, East to Cross Island
Parkway, South to Exit 26-D.
From Brooklyn:
Belt Parkway, East to Cross Island Parkway, North to Exit 26-D,
OR Brooklyn-Queens Expressway to Long Island Expressway, East to
Cross Island Parkway, South to Exit 26-D.
From Queens:
Grand Central Parkway, East to Cross Island Parkway, South to Exit
26-D OR Belt Parkway, East to Cross Island Parkway, North to Exit
26-D.
From Staten Island:
Verrazano Bridge to Belt Pkwy., East to Cross Island Pkwy., North
to Exit 26-D.
From Long Island:
Northern State Parkway or Long Island Expressway, West to Cross
Island Parkway, South to exit 26-D OR Southern State Parkway, West
to Cross Island Parkway, North to Exit 26-D.
From New Jersey:
(Northern points of departure): George Washington Bridge to Cross
Bronx Expressway, to Throgs Neck Bridge to Cross Island Parkway,
South to Exit 26-D.
(Southern points of departure): Any Interstate bridge to Staten
Island Expressway to Verrazano Bridge to Belt Parkway, East to Cross
Island Parkway, North to Exit 26-D.
From Connecticut and Westchester and other Northern points of
departure:
Any route to Throgs Neck Bridge to Cross Island Parkway, South to
Exit 26-D.
Local Bus Service
N6 (MSBA Line):
Operates along Hempstead Turnpike, West Hempstead, Franklin Square,
Elmont, Hollis and Jamaica. From Jamaica, the bus starts at Jamaica
Bus Terminal (165th Street & 89th Avenue) and runs along Hillside
Avenue to Francis Lewis Blvd. to Hempstead Ave. Stops in front of
Belmont Park. Connections: Transfer from the F Train at either 169th
Street or 179th Street stations.
Q110 (Jamaica Bus Company):
Service provided every 20 minutes to and from Belmont during racing
days. Buses are available at Parsons Blvd. and Hillside Avenue and
from Parsons Blvd. & Archer Ave., and various locations eastbound
on Jamaica Avenue and Hempstead Avenue in Queens. These buses pick
up and discharge directly outside the admission booths at the west
end of the track. Connections: Transfer from F Train at Parsons
& Hillside; Transfer from E Train at Parsons & Archer.
Q2 (NYC Transit Authority):
Originates at the Jamaica Bus Terminal (165th Street & 89th Ave.)
and runs along Hillside Ave. to 187th Place to Hollis Ave. and ends
at Hempstead Ave. and 225th Street adjacent to Belmont Park. Connections:
Transfer from F Train at 169th Street or 179th Street stations.
By Subway
Take the F train to 169th street or 179th street then take the N6
or the Q2 bus to Belmont. Or take the E train to Jamaica Center
(Parsons Blvd) and then take the Q110 bus to Belmont.
By Railroad
Passengers can board the Long Island Rail Road at Penn Station,
