Wait a While, the 7-2 third choice, stalked the pace of Stolen Prayer down the backstretch, then made her move on the turn and seized the lead with 1/4 mile to go. She accelerated through the lane to demolish the field by 14 lengths in a time of 1:50.27 for the 1 1/8 miles. Three fillies photo-finished for second place.
