Won the first two legs of the English Triple Crown, but skipped the final race because his connections considered it too long for him. His wins include the English Derby, Two Thousand Guineas, Coral-Eclipse Stakes, Juddmonte International, and the Irish Champion Stakes. Last out, he defeated older horses to win the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe at Longchamp. They were considering sending him to the Classic, but his owner Christopher Tsui decided to retire him to stud instead, feeling he has already done enough.
