With divisional leaders Fantastic Light and Galileo skipping the event in favor of the Breeders' Cup and four supplemental entrants throwing their hats into the ring at the last minute, a near maximum field of 17 will face the starter in the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe at Longchamp on Sunday. As of Thursday, Juddmonte International winner Sakhee was the 2-1 favorite with undefeated filly Aquarelliste and St. Leger victor Milan as the next choices in the early wagering.
