True to Disney drama, but historically inaccurate

Only the groom and trainer knew of the abscess prior to the derby

Owner did not learn for years later

I am thinking the syndication happened after the triple crown?

Turcotte road Riva Ridge in the TC in '72

The movie wants us to believe they 1st met in July of '72

The farm could not have been in such financial trouble that summer with the success of Riva Ridge

Trailers are nice

The pedigree thoughts about Princequillo & Bold Ruler are accurate

Was the coin toss real or just Disney drama?

Somethingroyal was an old mare with quite a record already rearing a Grade Stakes winner-Sir Gaylord
