He was second in a maiden special weight at Aqueduct in his only start last year. He broke his maiden at Gulfstream Park in his 2010 debut then won an allowance at Tampa Bay by over 15 lengths. He made his stakes debut next out in the Tampa Bay Derby and won by a nose in a 3-way photo finish. He finished last of 9 in the Blue Grass Stakes (G1) at Keeneland on April 10, and no longer has enough earnings to make the Derby field. As well, a bone chip in the back of the left knee was found in a post-race X-ray and he is likely out of the Triple Crown.
