The $100,000 Aegon Turf Sprint (G3) featured 12 older horses sprinting 5 furlongs around one turn of the Matt Winn Turf Course. 5-2 favorite Man Of Illusion settled in midpack off the dueling pair of Western Kind of Lion and the Lamb on the front. Jockey Julien Leparoux took the favorite out to the five path around the turn to give him running room, as Man of Illusion charged to the front in late stretch and outfinished 39-1 outsider Justice for Action to win by just a neck. It was 3/4 length back to Atticus Kristy in third.
