Run by The Meadows in Pennsylvania. Large selection of tracks but do have a minimum wager and $0.35/call surcharge. Accepts accounts from all but 8 states.

Large selection of tracks, requires a minimum balance of $300 or you get hit by a 5% surcharge on winnings.

One of the first OTBs to have phone wagering, but crippled themselves when they stopped taking wagers from most states. They have recently added back in a lot fo states so are a viable alternative again.

Irish based firm of bookmakers licensed by the Irish government operating for betting tax purposes with a license from the Domican Republic. Takes bets on all major horse racing and sporting events worldwide. No idea how good or bad they are.

New phone betting service from the Ontario Jockey Club.

Catskill OTB that offers plans very similar to Capital OTB, but check out the personal wagering terminal they have available now. Newly designed web site gives much better info on the races they carry.

Very similar to Catskill and Capital OTBs. Has info on signing up for their phone wagering account (good in all but a few states).

Very similar to Philly PhoneBet except they charge $0.50 per call to wager.

Philadelphia Park's PhoneBet accounts with wagering on just about every track running. No surcharge but a $1.50 "admission" charge daily.

New York western regional OTB offers phone accounts that are the same terms as Capitol and Interbets.

Claims to offer online parimutuel wagering as a small selection of tracks.

A licensed internet sports book regulated by the Gaming Commission of Antigua and Barbuda. Offers wagering on a variety of sports including horse racing.

Online wagering service that provides audio and video feeds, live odds, and past performance data. Small monthly fee to access the service and past performances are extra.

Magna's online/phone wagering system. Takes all their tracks plus some others. Probably won't get any CDSN tracks though.
