Friday morning at Nad al Sheba Racecourse was much better than Thursday as the rain stayed away, although it was still overcast. Since it is the last day before the races, everyone was taking it easy and seemed more relaxed. Still, there were lots of horses entered in the $21 million seven race Dubai World Cup card out on the track, so here is a new set of ten more horses.
Well Armed jogged three laps of the 1 3/8 mile main track at Nad al Sheba. Trainer Eoin Harty said, "Believe me, if you are not ready at this stage, you're in the wrong place. I like my chances; I wouldn't be here if I didn't. I was confident last year (when he finished third to Curlin in the World Cup), and I am equally confident this year."
