2008 Kentucky Cup Day
September 27, 2008, was Turfway Park's big Breeders' Cup prep weekend with the 5 Kentucky Cup races. The big event was the Kentucky Cup Classic (G2) won by 3-year-old Zanjero. Canadian trainer Reade Baker and jockey Eurico Rosa Da Silva had a big day winning both the Distaff and the Sprint with Bear Now and Fatal Bullet.
