Beaten favorite Formidable
Favorite Formidable runs loose on the outside after losing jockey Jose Lezcano at the start of the 2010 Jaipur Stakes at Belmont Park. Winner Stradivinsky leads on the rail.

6-5 favorite Formidable stumbled badly at the break, unseating regular rider Jose Lezcano, then continued to run loose with the field behind the front-running winner, interfering with the late rally of eventual runner-up Yield Bogey. The Allen Jerkens trainee has a record of 5 wins, 1 second, and 4 thirds in 18 starts, earning $202,286 for owner-breeder Robert Clay.
