9-1 Yara set a pace of 23.74, 47.19, and 1:10.80 while stalked by 42-1 The Cat's All That. Entering the lane the pacesetters tired, as Grace Hall, 4th early, easily assumed the lead and drew off to win by 6 1/2 lengths over Zo Impressive in 1:49.36. It was another 2 3/4 lengths back to 40-1 Hearts of Red third.
