4th in the Remsen last year, he was 4th in the Hutcheson at Gulfstream for his 2008 debut behind Smooth Air. Went to Tampa Bay Downs where he was second in the Sam F. Davis Stakes and then won the Tampa Bay Derby. Went in the Blue Grass at Keeneland for his final prep and failed miserably, finishing 11th, beaten about 12 lengths. Didn't do much better in the Kentucky Derby, racing in 10th about 7 lengths off the pace, then showing nothing late to finish 18th beaten 48 3/4 lengths.
