A popular visitor at Mohawk on Saturday night was Thumbelina, only 17 1/2 inches tall and 57 pounds, the world's smallest horse. She is not only a miniature horse, but a dwarf as well, which is why she is so tiny. The 7-year-old chestnut mare tours to raise money for charity and often visits children's hospitals, schools, and shelters. She is just too cute and seemed to enjoy running up and down the track while she was out for the big race.
