2000 Kentucky Derby and Wood Memorial winner Fusaichi Pegasus is one of the most sought-after stallions in the world. Retired after his disappointing performance in the Breeders' Cup Classic, he was purchased by Coolmore and began his stud career at Ashford Stud. With such horses as Roman Ruler, Bandini, and Andromeda's Hero in his very first crop, and yearlings frequently selling for $1 million or more at auction, he will stand for a fee of $150,000 this year.
