2007 Breeders' Cup Saturday Continued

We didn't have winner's circle access, so it was rare for me to get a usable photo of the horse in there before he was posed with his back towards us. Here Curlin circles before posing for the track photographer.

Jockey Robby Albarado added, "It was truly awesome. Everything went perfectly starting with all the speed up front. It unfolded just the way we wanted, but it also takes a hell of a horse to get this done. Curlin was there for us every step of the way."
