The second Grade 1 event at Far Hills is the $100,000 Foxbrook Supreme Hurdle (G1) at 2 1/2 miles over national fences, for 4-year-olds and up which have not won over hurdles prior to June 1, 2006. Jockey Matt McCarron settled Gliding at the back of the tightly bunched field of six led by pacesetter Divine Fortune for he first mile. McCarron angled him to the inside to pass tiring horses on the far turn, passing Sovereign Duty inside the 1/8 pole to win going away by 2 1/4 lengths in 5:13.40. It was just 1/2 a length back to Planets Aligned in third.

The New Zealand-bred Gliding came into the race off a poor showing in the Somerset Medical Center (G2) at the Meadowlands where he fell at the last fence.
