With the 2010 Breeders' Cup World Championships fast approaching, most contenders are already on the grounds of Churchill Downs and galloping over the racing surfaces daily. The European horses which exited quarantine were allowed on the track after the domestic horses. Monday morning was clear and calm with temperatures in the 40's with a dry, fast main track and firm turf.

Unrivaled Belle who was committed to the Ladies' Classic by trainer Bill Mott after being cross-entered in the Filly and Mare Sprint, worked 4f in 49 2/5 under regular rider Kent Desormeaux. Mott said, "We have an option, but I think the option we’re going to take is the Classic. I think she'd be very competitive in the Filly & Mare Sprint going 7/8. She won going 2 turns here in the spring. I guess that’s really where the big reward is (Ladies’ Classic)."
