2007 Breeders’ Cup Ticket Applications Available April 30
Ticket applications for the 2008 Breeders' Cup World Championships at Santa Anita Park will be mailed out starting May 1st, with applications closing on July 15th. Be sure to get your application in early to have the best shot at getting tickets. Since the 2009 Breeders' Cup is also at Santa Anita, if you get tickets to 2008 you will get an option to buy the same tickets for 2009.

2009 Breeders' Cup World Championships to be held at Santa Anita
Santa Anita Park will be the first track to host the Breeders' Cup World Championships in consecutive years. It was announced February 7, 2008, that the Arcadia, California track was selected to host the 2009 event. The 2008 Championships will also be held there.

The 2007 Breeders' Cup World Championships Saturday was wet and muddy early in the day, but thankfully the rain stopped about halfway through the card. Despite the wet and gloomy weather, there were even more Breeders' Cup horses on the track at Monmouth Wednesday than on Tuesday. Although there were no timed works, there were quite a few horses out galloping or schooling in the paddock.
