Triple Crown Drop-Outs Poll
Note: Voting is now closed. I am tabulating the results and will have them posted shortly.
By popular request, here is a poll for your to voice your opinion on who is the best horse to NOT run in any of the Triple Crown races. If you like, you can stretch that to include not running well in them too, like Tom Fool who was badly beaten in the Derby and missed the other two races. The horse may have made his mark on the track like Kelso and John Henry or he may have made it in the breeding shed like Danzig. This poll will close on Monday, 9/21/98.
Remember that for write-in votes spelling and capitalization are very important. Votes will not total together if the names are not entered exactly the same way.
Profiles of the ones on the list are available below. NOTE: Fillies are not eligible since they normally don't run in the Triple Crown races anyway.
| Please don't vote for Ruffian, she is a filly and NOT eligible! FYI - the software for compiling the votes resides on www.ok88.com which is beyond our control. If it is down when you try to vote or check totals, please try back later. | |
