There are always stats to show which jockeys and drivers are currently winning the most races or the most money, but are those really the best? Sometimes it is mostly reputation and getting the best horses that puts them to the top of the standings. Perhaps you have a local favorite who hasn't yet hit the big time but already shows a talent for getting the most out of their horses. Here is your chance to voice your opinion.
