We once again have a Triple Crown possibility in Funny Cide. He sure looked impressive drawing away to win the Preakness by the second largest margin in the race's history. Still, there will be quite a few coming to try and stop his bid for the Triple Crown including Kentucky Derby runner-up and favorite Empire Maker. A field of seven was confirmed, but Best Minister was withdraw Wednesday morning after it was discovered he has a lung infection. The post position draw is Wednesday morning and this page will be updated as soon as the information is available.

Please note that the Belmont post time has been pushed back to 6:38pm EDT and the NBC broadcast will run from 5:30 to 7:00pm in order to avoid a schedule conflict with arena football. Sunset at Belmont will be at 8:23pm, so hopefully it won't be too dark yet since the weather forecast is currently calling for partly cloudy and 67 degrees.
