Stewart Elliott Released From Federal Custody

Kentucky Derby winning jockey Stewart Elliott was detained Tuesday by U.S. Immigrations officials and released Wednesday afternoon. He could be deported because of a felony conviction 4 years ago. His lawyer is hopeful that it will just be a matter of red tape to get the matter dropped.
