Donn Handicap and Strub Stake Results

Two of the early major races for the handicap division were contested on Saturday, the Donn Handicap at Gulfstream Park and the Strub Stakes at Santa Anita. Medaglia d'Oro did not dissapoint as the heavy favorite in the Donn, winning by 4 3/4 lengths. Last year's Kentucky Derby winner Funny Cide finished a distant third.
