Glen Riddle Farm to be razed

Glen Riddle Farm in Ocean City, Maryland, once owned by Samuel Riddle and the training ground for Man O'War and War Admiral is scheduled to be demolished soon and turned into a golfcourse. Plans for the Centex and Ruark Homes developement call for houses and two golfcourses to be built over the site of the farm. Does Maryland really need two more golfcourses?
